Howdy,
we have a (disturbingly) large number of books in common, especially in the poetics/manuals department (most of mine are yet to be catalogued). I'll have to pick your brains about a few.
One you haven't listed that you might find worthwhile - Ruth Padel's 52 Ways of Looking at a Poem. Curious to know if you've come across it yet/before, and how it shapes up from an American perspective ...

Hello - You have a terrific poetry collection. I've made note of quite a number of books you have that I'll have to look for, particularly those published in the last 10 years. I haven't been keeping up with the field for quite a long time, and I see there is some intriguing work out there I want to know more about. Thanks!

I picked on your profile randomly because you own a book on Absinthe...and find that you are in Denton, TX. Are you going to UNT? I am also in a graduate program there.
